Prices
- Standard rate € 35 (minimum stay 3 nights)
General conditions
- Prices are per person per night including breakfast buffet, excluding tourist tax;
- From 1st November 2015 the Tourist Tax of € 1.50 has come into force. Children under 14 are exempt from payment. The tax is payable locally;
- It is possible to have dinner in our typical restaurant (not included);
- Check-in: from 2.00 PM | Check-out: before 10.00 AM;
Reductions
- 3rd bed 20% discount;
- 4th bed 20% discount;
- Children up to 3 years FREE;
- Children up to 3 to 12 years 20% discount;
Supplements
- Single use room supplement + 30% on the applied rate;
- Supplement for stays of less than 3 nights + 20% on the applied rate;
- Cradle use supplement + € 5 per day;
Booking Conditions
The reservation is binding only after the payment of a booking deposit.

Cancellation conditions
- Up to 7 days before arrival: no penalty;
- From 7 days before arrival: the entire stay will be charged;
- No arrival: penalty equal to 100% of the stay;
- Early departures or late arrivals without pre-notice: there are no refunds;
